RSI was founded in 2005 on the concept of providing solutions, not problems. This simple concept was born out of the demands of customers like Nugget Market that require what they offer; Quality, Exceptional Service, and Overall Excellence.

Sam Wilson, the founder of RSI, was heavily involved in building and servicing supermarkets and cold storage facilities during his years as a Refrigeration Technician. Sam envisioned a company that would provide customers with solutions to their vision, rather than having to compromise due to perceived “problems”. Thus, the name, Refrigeration Solutions.

RSI started out of a garage with one customer. Sam would run service during the day and come back to the shop at night to place orders, input invoices etc. As RSI has grown, the culture of always providing customers with solutions has endured while evolving into; Solutions, Quality, Exceptional Service, and Overall Excellence.

RSI now has over 50 team members, spread out through Service, Admin, Management, Sales, and Construction and operates out of a much larger facility than our original garage. Through our growth, we have not lost sight of our roots, and what we stand by;
