RSM-MetroWest is an academic enrichment program that combines excellence in mathematics content and an enjoyable class structure that children enjoy attending week after week, year after year. The school was founded as the MetroWest School of Mathematics in 2003 as a partnership between Russian School of Mathematics, and in 2012 its name was changed to RSM-MetroWest, to better illustrate our relationship with the RSM. Our program emphasizes early introduction to algebra, with children as young as five or six leaning to "find X". We incorporate geometry and algebra seamlessly through the elementary years and offer three complete years of dedicated geometry for middle school and early high school students. Students finish up with two years of pre-calculus and finally, calculus. Over the past ten years our enrollment has grown to over 1,000 students, aged 5 - 18, and we have been consistently voted as the best math enrichment program in the MetroWest region. We employ 30 full and part time teachers. Students come to our school once / week. Summer school also is offered. SAT preparation and private tutoring is also available.
