Rule 36 first formed in 1992 and operated three group homes throughout Minnesota. Since then our company has grown, both in size and services. Today we operate 24 programs across the state and provide services for disabled individuals. We are able to provide in-patient and out-patient care, as well as mobile crisis services; whichever is best suitable for the individual. Many of the original homes acquired over the years have been renamed and evolved into different and more sought after uses; as of 2013, Rule 36 Limited Partnerships of Duluth I, II, III, IV and V, currently operate with a capacity to serve 169 residential clients spread throughout: 17 – Certified Corporate Adult Foster Care homes (AFC) 5 – Intensive Rehabilitation Treatment Services (IRTS) homes 1 – Residential Crisis Stabilization Program 1 – Mobile Crisis Team 1 – Residential Substance Use and Co-Occurring Disorders program 2 – Outpatient Substance Use and Co-Occurring Disorders programs 1 – Board and Lodge with Special Services (BLSS) Our Adult Foster Care Programs are located in: Litchfield, MN Grand Rapids, MN Detroit Lakes, MN Bemidji, MN Sauk Rapids, MN St. Peter, MN Our Crisis Services Center is located in: Duluth, MN Our Intensive Residential Treatment Services facilities are located in: New Ulm, MN Austin, MN Lake Elmo, MN Moorhead, MN Alexandria, MN Our Chemical Dependency Residential and Outpatient programs in: Alexandria, MN Morris, MN And our Board and Lodge with Special Services center located in: New Ulm, MN
