Founded in 1970, S. C. Hondros & Associates, Inc. is a commercial design-build and general contractor licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina.  Our extensive portfolio includes: manufacturing, office, warehouse, retail, office condo, religious, sports and recreation, and flex and distribution facilities.  Our reputation has been built on three key values: quality, integrity and timely delivery. 

S. C. Hondros & Associates, Inc.'s in-house Civil Engineer and Pre-Construction personnel bring decades of expertise and experience to our clients.  We can efficiently and effectively evaluate sites and navigate through planning, design, and permitting.  Equally, our construction personnel possess a tremendous knowledge of construction means and methods and are constantly complimented by clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.  

In October 2009 we joined the Nucor network as an Authorized Builder for Nucor Building Systems.  Through this relationship we have the increased ability to respond to client’s budgetary requirements made possible by the use of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building.
