The company uses a third-party company to verify the energy performance of each of it's homes and each home comes with a 10-Year Limited Warranty.

The company built one of the nation's first Zero-Energy Homes outside of Pittsburgh that incorporated and monitored cutting-edge technologies to create a new home that produced as much energy as it consumed, resulting in net-zero energy usage.
