SADEM GROUP-MAXXESS-MOTO AXXE operates in the French retail sector, specializing in motorcycle accessories, maintenance, and rider equipment. It functions as a centralized purchasing and reference hub for a broad network of member dealers, coordinating procurement and product sourcing across its two brand concepts. The group runs two specialized retail formats—Maxxess and Moto Axxe—together offering a wide range of products and services to riders.

Based in Clermont-Ferrand, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France, the company traces its origins to 1999 when several motorcycle dealers formed a cooperative to improve purchasing conditions. It serves riders across road, sport, off-road, scooters, and quads, with a catalog that includes major brands and items developed in-house and certified. Online platforms sell stock from physical stores, aligning e-commerce with brick-and-mortar activity to avoid unfair competition, while the group emphasizes benevolence toward customers and professionals.
