Expanding Campus Safdie Rabines Architects is actively engaged in large civic, educational and museum expansion projects, including the Oceanside Museum of Art campus expansion. This indicates ongoing demand for institutional and cultural sector design services and opportunities for multi-building, LEED-focused master planning.

LEED and Delivery Recent collaboration on a 1.8-million-square-foot project aimed at LEED Platinum under a fixed-price design-build model shows the firm’s exposure to high-performance, sustainability-driven contracts and complex delivery methods that may align with procurement teams seeking integrated design-build partners.

Awards as Leverage Being recognized as Best Architect in San Diego for 2025 reinforces local credibility and can be leveraged in outreach to local government, institutions, and developers seeking proven regional leadership and award-winning design capabilities.

Financial Scale With a revenue range of 25 to 50 million and a mid-sized team, Safdie Rabines Architects fits as a potential partner for mid to large-scale projects where a nimble, design-forward firm can complement larger firms on complex civic, educational, and mixed-use developments.

Tech and Collaboration Technology stack including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit-adjacent tools, Adobe Creative Cloud, AWS, and WordPress suggests strong visualization, BIM/CAD capability, and cloud collaboration—assets to pitch for integrated design workflows, BIM coordination, and digital marketing/tenant improvement projects.
