Sage Consulting Engineers specializes in civil engineering design for land development and municipal infrastructure improvement projects.  With extensive experience in both private sector development and public improvement projects, we understand the complex nature of the permitting and regulatory approval process for a variety of projects ranging multi-family housing developments in transportation corridors to roadway rehabilitation projects at military installations.

From the initial feasibility study to final construction documents, our team works closely with the client and project team to develop a coordinated, constructible project that meets the design objectives as well as budget and schedule constraints.  Our extensive knowledge of AutoDesk Civil 3D software facilitates accurate, cost-effective, and timely preparation of complex technical drawings and exhibits.  Our experience with Navisworks and Revit software allows integration of 3D models from various disciplines, enabling real-time coordination with A/E building teams.
