Sage Educational Enterprises operates in the Education Administration Programs sector, providing a smaller, personalized learning environment designed for students who struggle in large public schools. Based in Rochelle Park, New Jersey, the organization emphasizes a therapeutic approach to education, aiming to understand each student and family within a collaborative school–family partnership. The model includes family counseling as a core component, with therapists working closely with teachers to address the needs of adolescents dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, or school-related phobia, and to foster a sense of safety and willingness to try new things. Targeted at students who benefit from a calm, supportive setting, Sage Day positions itself as an alternative to conventional classrooms by integrating mental health support with academic instruction. While details about scale are limited, the company describes its environment as safe and nurturing, explicitly designed to support self-esteem and personal growth through a coordinated, multi-disciplinary approach.
