We are a Fresno-based law firm with offices in Fresno and Porterville, California and in Guanajuato, Mexico. We provide U.S. immigration assistance to individuals and families who are seeking visas, lawful permanent residency, naturalization, federal appeals, defense against deportation and analysis of the possible effects of criminal convictions on a person's immigration status. We have assisted many young people in obtaining work permits through the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program ("DACA"). We also facilitate visa issuance at all U.S. consular posts around the world.

We also work on civil litigation with a focus on automobile/trucking accidents, wrongful death and products liability. Our office in Mexico resolves matters ranging from commercial litigation, family law matters, probate and personal injury. 

Attorney Camille (Camila) Cook is a Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Ms. Cook practiced exclusively immigration law in San Francisco for many years before relocating to Fresno in 2006.  Ms. Cook is considered an expert in family immigration, waivers, deportation (removal) defense, consular processing, asylum and naturalization law. She has extensive experience litigating immigration cases in the Federal Courts. 

Attorney Lazaro Salazar was born in Mexico and was raised in the San Joaquin Valley. Mr. Salazar has extensive experience in immigration cases including immigrant and non-immigrant visas, permanent residency, naturalization and removal (deportation) defense. He also handles complex personal injury litigation matters in Federal District Court, California State Court, and other states throughout the United States. Mr. Salazar also serves as a consulting attorney for the Mexican Consulate in Fresno, where he is also a member of  PALE, a program under the Foreign Ministry of Mexico to provide legal advice to Mexican nationals residing in the U.S.
