Since the late 90's, the founders have experienced first hand the management and IT challenges of sales force automation (SFA) systems, and have been Salesforce.com customers and users since it first hit that market. We've used and implemented Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SugarCRM, and several proprietary systems.
