Samaha Associates is an award-winning design firm based in the Washington metropolitan area. We have provided architecture, interior design, and planning services in the region for more than 50 years. Our clients turn to us for responsive service and a creative, quality-driven approach to design.

Established in 1955, our headquarters is located in Fairfax, Virginia, and we serve clients throughout the Washington area and the Mid-Atlantic. 

Samaha’s staff of talented professionals offers expertise in several diverse markets, including: education, public safety, government, recreation, performing arts, office/commercial, churches, and healthcare. Throughout our history, we have maintained a reputation for the high caliber of quality and attentiveness we bring to each project. Our clients rely on us for expedient, responsive design solutions and detail-oriented project management. 

Our executive team consists of three principals who have played an integral role in Samaha’s success: Paul Falkenbury, AIA, REFP; F. Thomas Lee, AIA, LEED AP; and William J. Santer, AIA. These accomplished professionals assumed leadership of Samaha in 2008 after many years with the firm and are closely involved in all of the firm’s planning and design projects.
