San Ysidro Health is a non-profit health care organization based in San Diego, California, serving San Diego County. It operates an integrated network of health services, including medical and dental clinics, behavioral health centers, HIV care facilities, nutrition centers, mobile medical units, school-based health programs, chiropractic care, pediatric developmental clinics, teen health services, a Senior Health Center, and Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) centers. The organization serves more than 145,000 patients and emphasizes accessible, affordable care for families through culturally proficient services. Founded along the U.S.–Mexico border in 1969, it has since expanded its presence throughout the county. Within the hospitals and health care industry, San Ysidro Health aims to meet a broad set of community health needs by providing care across multiple sites and programs. In 2024, the organization opened a new location in San Diego that will host the first PACE program in Southeastern San Diego.
