Sanitas Brewing Company is a Boulder, Colorado-based craft brewery and taproom operator founded by two local brewers who pursued beer-making by day and by night. In 2013 they adopted an owl motif alongside the Brewer’s Star to symbolize the core elements of brewing. The taproom serves as a community gathering space for collaboration, relaxation, and celebrations, and the brewery’s lineup includes lagers and a stout; in 2020 the company partnered with McDevitt Taco Supply to offer tacos beside the patio and began featuring Bona Coffee Roasters’ beans at an on-site coffee stand.
