SANTIAGO BURGER LLP is a civil litigation firm formed by a team of experienced and dedicated legal professionals.  Former partners at a mid-size local law firm, we started a law firm focused on a team approach that rewards collaboration, a collegial atmosphere and a friendly work environment.  

The attorneys in our firm have extensive experience in representing individuals and corporate clients in business and commercial litigation, construction litigation, employment and labor law claims, wage and hour claims, estate and trust litigation, insurance law, Labor Law defense, appellate practice and civil rights claims.  At Santiago Burger LLP, we pride ourselves on providing small firm responsiveness with large firm results.  

Many of the legal matters referred to our firm come from other law firms and practitioners in the community that request our services for their clients, as special or trial counsel or appellate counsel.  When these firms experience client conflicts or require specialized knowledge in a particular area of law, we are often the attorneys our colleagues call upon.

As experienced litigators, we recognize that protracted, drawn-out litigation can be costly and at times, contrary to our clients’ best interests.  We work with our clients to understand their goals and work with them to resolve their disputes in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner.  We seek solutions not billable hours.
