Sarlan Builders is a general contractor that specializes in high-end Construction. Sarlan Builders Inc. was founded in 1981 as Beverly Hills Construction and incorporated in 1997 under our current name. Ben Lunsky has managed the company since the beginning and seen us through many spectacular modern projects as well as traditionally designed houses. When working on older buildings we strive to preserve the character of the home while incorporating all of today’s comforts. As a company, we work to find great employees and keep them satisfied with their work. Two of our four Project Managers have spent over twenty years of their careers with Sarlan Builders and many of our other staff members have been around for close to as long. We have worked on homes in Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Malibu, Pasadena, and Los Angeles. We have also been involved in remodels of commercial buildings all over LA and the surrounding areas. We have a commitment to providing clients and architects with advice at each stage of the project to make sure our clients are satisfied with their homes and business places for years to come. In the last few years, we have added a design side to our company to help us stay on top of needs outside of the normal construction scope and to keep us both on schedule and up to standards when assistance is needed picking materials and finalizing designs.
