SearchPath Automotive Retail Recruitment (SARR) was established by Stephen Sweeney and Wayne Smith in 2015 to assist automotive dealerships throughout the US source passive fixed operations talent. 

Since our inception, SARR have strived to bring our clients automotive professionals who are not easily available or easy to find in a market where qualified talent is very hard to source. 

Today SARR works with a number of car dealerships large and small, urban or rural, franchised dealers and independents. We source, recruit, screen, interview, and present both passive and active talent to all of our clients.
