The Saskatchewan Teachers' Federation is a professional association serving Saskatchewan's public PreK-12 education system. Based in Saskatoon, it represents more than 13,500 teachers and has advanced the interests of educators for over eight decades. Its work centers on advocating for excellence in public education and fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture. The federation is a mid-sized organization with a workforce in the low hundreds and was recognized as a BPM Top Employer in 2024. In March 2025 it launched STF Learning, a social media channel to connect teachers with professional learning opportunities and classroom resources.
