The projects included single family housing developments, apartment buildings, industrial complexes, retail shopping centers, retail gasoline stations and convenience stores, self storage facilities and office buildings.

Our expertise as a builder, contractor, investor, property manager and real estate broker has provided us with a special insight for creative and imaginative solutions to financing, land acquisition, development analysis, and project feasibility.

Saunders Realty has built approximately 2,500 apartment and condominium units and over 500 custom homes ranging in price from $300,000 to $3,000,000.  In addition, Saunders Realty has developed and constructed over 1.75 million square feet of industrial, retail and office space throughout California and Nevada.
