Savenor’s is a neighborhood and family tradition in Boston and Cambridge. Our two retail stores offer the very best in prime meats, game, naturally raised poultry and quality fish from known local sources; cheeses, bread, produce and specialty grocery items. We stand behind every item in the store, as being top-quality and the most delicious products we can find. Our butcher shop staff is highly trained to create the best cuts for your cooking and dining experience.

In her day Julia Child was one of our favorite customers, and our store was honored to be mentioned on her show many times.

In addition to the retail stores, Savenor’s wholesale business provides the finest meats to Boston’s premier restaurants. Our wholesale list is a virtual “who’s-who” of the local culinary world.
