Sweet Baby Ray’s Catering: 
Founded by Sweet Baby Ray himself, Dave Raymond, and home to the Award-Winning Sauce of the same name, Sweet Baby Ray’s Catering defines BBQ. With an expert culinary staff headed by Chef Duce Raymond, we use rustic cooking techniques such as open fire grilling and wood smoking, to bring out the flavors of backyard BBQ all year round. Our chef-inspired menus merge classic BBQ favorites with today’s unique flavors and culinary techniques.
