Welcome to the South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority. Our vision is that all South Carolinians have the opportunity to live in safe, decent and affordable housing. We administer a number of Federal and State programs directed at low- and low-to-moderate income South Carolinians. Our programs assist families and neighborhoods and help stimulate the economy by supporting jobs in the construction, real estate and financial industries. SC Housing is self-sustaining and receives no state appropriations. We are proud that we have been able to serve our State for four decades, and we are committed to our mission. "Financing Housing.
