Founded in 1977 in Vermont as "Wolfking America, Inc.," Scan American Corporation (SAC) began as a supplier of high-quality food processing machinery. By 1983, SAC had established itself as a leader in innovation, introducing the first frozen block grinder, bone collector system, and the machine that formed Chicken McNuggets.  

In 1995, SAC relocated to Kansas City, Missouri, for centralized access to its expanding customer base. This strategic move enhanced service capabilities, offering faster parts delivery, quicker field service response, and greater access to technical expertise.  

Today, SAC operates near Kansas City International Airport and offers customers a state-of-the-art test lab for product trials and equipment testing. Our mission is to provide cutting-edge solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and superior performance.
