SCE Carrier Solutions, based in Pomona in Southern California, is a telecommunications unit of Southern California Edison that operates as a competitive local exchange carrier serving wholesale and large-business customers. It provides high-capacity access services at DS-3 and above to regional, national, and international carriers, cable operators, satellite providers, wireless networks, internet service providers, system integrators, and large enterprises.
