Schadsons Corporation is a mechanical contractor founded and incorporated in Georgia in 1990. We focus on mechanically intense projects such as corrections, laboratories and the healthcare markets, primarily in the public sector throughout the southeastern United States. We have earned a reputation in providing our clients with competitive bids and having the ability to complete our work ahead of project completion dates. We take pride in our accomplishments.
Our approach to the mechanical business is quite unique. This approach has been forged and refined through three generations of steamfitters. Both our past officer and our current leadership learned this business, firsthand, by coming up through the trade. This, coupled with previous work experience with other national mechanical contractors, has enabled us to focus our efforts and build an organization while maintaining very low overheads.
Schadsons is fully automated in our estimating, scheduling, accounting and project cost control systems and we utilize these systems to maximize our productivity on each project.
Schadsons management and construction experience is very diverse. We have experience with hospitals, corrections, waste & water treatment, automotive process, fossil fuel, clean rooms, commercial, industrial, educational, military, local, and state and federal government projects.
