Schall & Russo is a certified woman-owned consulting firm.  Since 2002, we have had great success identifying, evaluating and presenting a diverse array of professionals to assume non-profit, international NGO and public sector leadership positions. 

Steve has conducted more than 40 successful searches for a range of positions (including CEO/President, Executive Director, Director of Administration, Chief Technology Officer, Director of HR, Chief Program Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Policy and Director of Development).  Clients have included non-profits, as well as international NGO’s based in the US.  Clients include: Eva's Village, The Russell Berrie Foundation, West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing, Presbyterian Senior Services, Homeless Services United, The NYC Department of Health & Mental Hygiene, The Fund for Public Health in New York, The NY State Association of County Health Officials, The Door, University Settlement, miraclefeet, WaterAid America, Studio in a School, and the David Rockefeller Fund. 

There are two partners in the firm. Alyce Russo concentrates on organizational and physical planning for clients. Steve Schall conducts all the executive search work. He is the person who will do the work, stay in close touch with the client and talk/meet with dozens of candidates.
