S&PAA is leading the charge to advocate for people with schizophrenia and psychosis disorders as we shatter the barriers to treatment, survival and recovery. We use social platforms to advance advocacy, education, and support for those impacted by psychosis. We welcome diverse perspectives while ensuring civility.
