Our practice is primarily a planning practice involving business, estate, income, real estate and other tax planning transactions with concentrations on tax minimization and good business common sense. Our practice further includes trust and estate administration matters. Our practice experience includes formation, structuring of complex business entities including corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, complex trusts, onshore and offshore, and other entities.

Our principal office is located just off of Carmel Rancho Boulevard on Via Nona Marie. The office is on the same street as the United States Post Office in the principal financial district of Carmel between The Crossroads and Barnyard Shopping Centers.
