SCJ Alliance is a 100% employee-owned consulting firm delivering civil engineering, transportation planning and design, cable-propelled transit, environmental and land use planning, landscape architecture, and public engagement services across the West.

Founded in 2006, SCJ has grown to more than 140 employee-owners across 12 offices in Washington, Idaho, Colorado, and Montana.
