Scontrino-Powell was founded in 1975 to bring Industrial/Organizational psychology (I/O) to the world of work.  We work with individuals, teams, or entire companies to improve organizational performance. The result is cost-effective consulting and clients that are geared for success.

Peter Scontrino founded the firm and and Jevon Powell is the owner and president.  Dr. Scontrino has a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Dr. Powell holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology.  Both are psychologists that have over 60 years of combined experience helping people and organizations.
