The Scott Combustion  can provide maintenance contracts and breakdown facilities operating on a national basis, with regional offices in London and Manchester and covering a wide range of services including boiler, burner, pumps, air conditioning servicing, full installation and commissioning along with full building services programmes to suit your full requirements.

Planned maintenance schedules can be formulated to suit your specific requirements and listed within the proposed service schedules. Breakdown services can be obtained by contacting our dedicated service department, who will issue customers with an estimated response time to emergency call-outs. Our experienced service and sales team will handle enquiries. We set high standards of quality and professionalism, and therefore continue to attract a growing number of customers from all sectors of commerce and industry. We are fully accredited with Gas Safe (2792), CHAS, Constructionline, SafeContractor and Refcom registered. 

Gas & Air Conditioning

•	Gas Safety Inspection – commercial in accordance with BS6644
•	Annual Maintenance Contracts (boilers, heating systems, HWS, Air conditioning, pumps, 	plate heat    exchangers)
•	Reactive/breakdown attendance (24/7 365-day cover if required)
•	Air Conditioning, air handling and chillers servicing.
•	Strength and Tightness testing and purging in accordance with IGE/UP1, 1A, & 1B for commercial installations
•	Commissioning of gas-fired plant in accordance with IGE/UP4 – commercial installations
