I help leaders Raise the Bar -- move from strong to superb. I work with established and rising leaders to frame their narratives -- to clearly and concisely articulate what makes them unique and describe the value they provide to their organizations. We work together to determine how best to communicate the value they bring, how to convey their vision for their team, and how to effectively address their team’s challenges and concerns. WHO I DO IT FOR: Besides you? I work with people who want to Raise the Bar -- who want to make an impact. People who want to influence others to be bigger than themselves. I have coached people from all walks of life: corporate executives and elected officials challenged to transform their organizations; Boomers trying to determine the "third acts" of their lives; and new graduates starting out in their first career. HOW I DO IT: I customize a framework of Inspire, Integrate, and Transform to help leaders develop a roadmap to meet their goals: --> Inspire: This is about creating an alternative vision of your future that is meaningful and attainable; one not previously considered. Basically, shifting your mindset from your traditional thinking about the value you bring. --> Integrate: This is about bringing parts into a whole. How do the chapters of your career/life mesh into a story reflecting leadership and wisdom, that creates higher strategic value? --> Transform: How does your vision inform your Leadership Narrative and get you to where you want to be?
