Our organization includes SCRAM of California, SCRAM of Arizona, SCRAM of Nevada, SCRAM of Idaho, and SCRAM of Hawaii. We are a public safety-first organization dedicated to delivering evidence-based technologies, programs, and services to criminal justice agencies throughout the western U.S. Our mission: To help improve community safety and reduce recidivism in the communities we serve. We monitor and serve thousands of clients each and every day and we are the largest multi-state electronic monitoring service provider in the western U.S. Our core programs include: • Alcohol Monitoring (Continuous Alcohol Monitoring (CAM) and mobile breath alcohol testing) • Drug Testing (continuous, transdermal drug patch) • Location Monitoring (GPS, house arrest, and combined CAM aned house arrest) • Cognitive Behavioral Therapies • Comprehensive Case Management Services We work each day to deliver swift and certain reporting and best-in-industry customer and client services. And we do it with a team of 45 of the most experienced staff and consultants from throughout the region. With our Headquarters office in downtown San Diego, we manage 20 office locations, plus several mobile support units that deliver services to more rural customers.
