The company was founded in 1991 by Jean Abouhamad; a Structural Engineer with a strong background in development and project delivery methods.  

We have offices in Boston, New York, Greenwich, the Hamptons, and Cape Cod where a large portion of our work is in the high-end residential market.  Our clients are single family homeowners, condominium unit owners, developers, and institutions.  Sea-Dar's affiliate company has developed numerous condominium projects in Boston's historical neighborhoods over the years.
