From our West Australian base, Sea to Summit has grown to include offices in Sydney that support the Australian distribution business and offices in China, Hong Kong and Germany that support the brand and our global sales and marketing channels. Sea to Summit is currently available in over 60 countries.

HOW WE GOT HERE

The brand originated in Roland Tyson's bedroom on an antique treadle powered sewing machine in Perth, Western Australia in 1983. Lightweight outdoor products were hard to find in Australia in those days, so Roland decided to make his own.

Our original ethos ‘to equip and inspire’ continues to drive research and development of new techniques, materials, technologies and production methods. It inspires new product innovations that keep us at the forefront of delivering lighter, better made, better performing gear to outdoor enthusiasts and active travellers around the world.
