Our responsibility is to educate the physician on the specific benefits of certain geographic locations based on their initial personal desires re the quality of life for them and their families.  

As a supporter of the National Association of Physician Recruiters code of ethics, we never submit a physicians CV to a facility without first discussing the job description in detail with the provider and in most instances, share an in depth power point presentation on the practice, facility and community.  

All physicians’ CV submitted to facilities are with the physicians specific authorization and their request to schedule a telephone conversation with the facility.  All Physicians that we choose to work with have had their state medical license information pulled and attached to their CV’s to insure that they are of the highest caliber and we have confirmed their record.
