Seaforth is a recognised innovator in ESG and an expert in designing and developing experiential, sustainable refurbishment with over 600,000sf of development experience.  In 2023, Seaforth completed and then sold 8 Bleeding Heart Yard, achieving the highest price achieved psf in the London City office market that year and making it the best-practice model for refurb to core.  This speculative office refurbishment was fully let to Julius Baer and has received the highest honours for the Civic Trust Award, the AJ Retrofit Award the New London Award, and the Better Future/ London Design Award.  Seaforth recently completed Space House, a mid-century modern 255,000sf strip to frame refurbishment into a state-of-the-art Net-Zero office building and the UK’s first BREEAM Outstanding listed freestanding office building.
