SearchLight Safety LLC was established in December 2010 and is an up and coming, site safety Coordination Company.  The company is headed by , Kevin Townsend been in the business 15 years now.
 

Apply OSHA, Owner, and safety and health standards, policies and procedures.

Identify construction work violations of  safety policy and procedures as well as OSHA’s construction industry standards and implement abatement actions as appropriate.

Conduct written safety audits of the work site.  Audits will be available for review at any time and submitted to.

Accident reporting and investigation

Maintain OSHA mandated safety logs

Provide  employee safety training for any new hire (as required).

Incorporate project related pre-task planning, as required.

Conduct Toolbox meetings on a daily or weekly basis, as required.

Enforce any disciplinary action for workers who choose not to follow Local, State, and Costomer Safety policy and procedures.
