We're currently focusing on residential real estate, with rental properties that generate an immediate 12-14% cash-on-cash return, after expenses, and before tax breaks or potential appreciation. These properties are "turnkey" investments, with the home already acquired, renovated, tenanted, and with property management in place. This model has been widely recognized by government agencies, analysts and private investors as the future of residential real estate, because it provides an attractive investment opportunity for private investors, while revitalizing communities, property values, and the economy at large.
