MISSION STATEMENT Through information-sharing, training and consultation, the Secure Community Network empowers individuals and organizations to establish a standardized culture of awareness, preparedness and resiliency, increasing the safety and security of Jewish communities throughout North America. PURPOSE As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, SCN works to ensure the security of the Jewish people, our institutions, communities, and interests across North America. SCN IS ABOUT SECURING OUR COMMUNITY Since 2004, SCN has been at the forefront of an innovative, collaborative and cooperative national homeland security initiative educating the Jewish community to potential threats, leveraging government and private sector resources to better protect and secure our community, and ensuring that the security concerns of our community continues to remain a top focus of the intelligence, homeland security and law enforcement agencies charged with safeguarding our country and communities from the risks and threats that are present in today’s world.
