SecureRisk, LLC operates as an insurance cooperative comprised of more than 100 exclusive independent agencies across Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and Mississippi, based in Tucker, Georgia. These agencies pool their experience and resources to deliver insurance solutions tailored to local clients, supported by shared knowledge and capability. The organization originated in 1995 as Shared Agency Services, LLC and rebranded to SecureRisk in 2012 to reflect its focus on safeguarding assets and risks for the communities it serves.

Collectively, the member agencies write more than $2 billion in insurance premiums and serve over 200,000 clients across nearly every state, gaining access to leading insurers while maintaining local service. Each agency is independently owned, which centers client interests over a single corporate owner or captive carrier structure. In February 2020, John Miller was named Georgia chairman of SecureRisk.
