Segars Group is a commercial general contractor specializing in healthcare and commercial construction and renovation.  Based is Alpharetta, Georgia, Segars Group serves clients throughout Metro Atlanta and North Georgia.

In 1999, Barry Segars left a large general contractor to work with the clients he had built relationships with over the years. A couple of other dedicated professionals who believed in Barry's  business model followed him and together they formed Segars Group, LLC.

Today, Segars Group has developed partnerships with some of the largest health systems in the State of Georgia, successfully delivering on complex, integrated, and innovative projects.  Segars Groups values every client and is active in giving back to the communities served.
