Utilizing Recovery-Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC), SelfRefind offers a proven approach to addiction recovery. ROSC, relatively new in the health care environment is a coordinated network of community-based services and supports that is person-centered building on strengths and resiliencies of individuals, families and communities to achieve abstinence and improved health, wellness, and quality of life for those with or at risk of alcohol and drug problems. The SelfRefind Treatment Plans consist of five key components: * Physician Office Visit * Counseling * Recovery Assessment * Laboratory Services * Evaluation Enhanced counseling services to aid in recovery include: Recovering(me) videos Developed based on the latest advances in the science of addiction and recovery, this web-based recovering program is focused on education and therapy for those suffering. The Recovering(me) videos address the following: Addiction as a brain disease Benefits of medication-assisted treatment for opiate and alcohol dependent individuals Relapse prevention skills Addiction as a family disease Dealing with chronic pain in recovery Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation Living in Balance Research based and designed for customization, the Living in Balance program provides a comprehensive, group-oriented treatment framework for outpatient and residential settings. The Living in Balance sessions build the foundation for our program. The 12 core session topics are: Definitions, Terms, and Self-Diagnosis Drug Education What Are Triggers?
