Sequel Data Systems is a mid-sized IT services and consulting firm based in Austin, Texas, founded in 1986 to serve as a Digital Equipment Corporation value-added reseller. The company designs scalable enterprise infrastructure, emphasizing servers, storage, and networks, with a focus on virtualization. Its work spans both commercial and public sector clients, helping organizations manage complex IT environments. Its client roster includes school districts, healthcare providers, casinos, banks, universities, and government entities, with projects undertaken across the United States and internationally. Within its industry, it positions itself as an enterprise-focused partner that pursues enduring infrastructure solutions rather than quick, isolated deployments. A notable development is the April 2017 partnership with ImageNet Consulting to broaden the range of services available to mutual customers.
