Seraphic Springs Health Care Agency, Inc. is a Medicare and Medicaid certified agency that provides quality, compassionate, cost-effective and patient-centered care in a variety of settings. We specialize in direct care in the home to people who might otherwise require in-patient or institutional care.

Patients are accepted for treatment based on a reasonable expectation that we can adequately meet the patient’s medical, nursing and social needs in the patient’s home. We accept all patients without regard to national origin, age, sex, or physical impairments.

Our medical/nursing professionals will help develop an adequate care plan for the demands of each patient’s individual health condition. Our staff strives to put patients first by treating each patient as they themselves would like to be treated.

Seraphic Springs Health Care Agency, Inc. was founded in 1996, based upon our President and owner’s compassion for the elderly, children with disabilities, and acute care patients and a strong belief in helping frail clients to continue to live safely, gracefully and with dignity in the comfort of their own homes, surrounded by their loved ones, or familiar things.
