Serial Optimist is an online publication that is on the cutting edge of happiness. SO launched in August of 2010, and maintained steady growth for five years, turning into a must-read publication for all things comedy. As of 2018, we publish interviews with comedians and writers and focus on normalizing mental health.  

From 2010-2015: Serial Optimist focuses on unique and enthusiastic interviews with comedians, writers, and creators. We have a niche. Our niche is that happiness wave right before it crests onto the pages of every magazine and media outlet in the country. Serial Optimist gets you there first, to happiness, not just content. Our readers share our content all over, spend a good amount of time with each visit, come back on the regular, and provide us with a stellar word of mouth.
