ServCo LLC was formed by three partners as a procurement consulting business whose primary target customer is Private Equity groups and their portfolio companies, Not-For-Profit entities and Law Firms, though not exclusively. ServCo is led by Rick Kelson, former CFO of Alcoa, who has a significant amount of experience in the areas of procurement. Our premise is that ServCo has negotiated significantly discounted programs that can be provided to third party entities for a percentage of the savings we bring to the table. The menu of significant discounts includes all categories of printing, freight, small parcel, office supplies, janitorial products, computer and technology, office furniture, credit card, corporate insurance, health & welfare benefits, car rental, telecom and travel that are provided by worldwide or nationally recognized vendors in a minimally invasive manner. Aside from the direct and indirect savings, information reporting, ease of accesses and ease of transition are key components to our program. Additionally, we provide access to key personnel within each of these companies on a consultative basis that is typically free of charge to our customers. ServCo provides services to companies, big or small. We currently serve 60+ entities being evaluated or already generating saving in these categories.
