Today the organization relies on a combination of staff and a substantial volunteer network to deliver its programs. Its shelter program provides about 20,000 bed nights annually, including around 7,000 for children, and offers case management, advocacy, referrals, employment assistance, and life-skills development to help homeless families achieve self-sufficiency. Other offerings include an Emergency Assistance Program, a Food Warehouse serving nearly 1,000 families each month with meals for shelter residents year-round, and Transitional Housing and Revive programs that support transitions to stable housing and self-sufficiency for adults exiting detention.
