Service With Style was founded in 1998 by Darren S. Denington, CFBE.  We have focused on helping companies across the country understand their guests through secret shopping.  We have dedicated ourselves to producing top quality reports based on using the best possible shoppers.

In 2007 we expanded to help restaurants with their daily challenges and started offering additional services such as Restaurant Coaching, Staff Training, Restaurant Audits and Marketing Plans. 


Darren Denington has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has an extensive background as a Food and Beverage Director, Executive Chef, General Manager, Restaurant Owner, Staff Trainer and Consultant.
