In 1969, Richard and Marilyn McCann began what today is known as ServiceMaster by McCann. The business began as a janitorial and residential service business, which today it is known as ServiceMaster Clean. The family soon realized the need for a professional restoration company to serve the insurance industry, which today is now known as ServiceMaster Restore.
 
Soon after the beginning, Richard and Marilyn’s son Mike joined the business as Vice President. In 2000, Richard officially retired, and Mike took over as president. In 2005, Mike’s son Brandon joined the operation full time, and became Vice President in 2009. Brandon began running the day-to-day operations in 2014 along with a talented management team.
 
Through the years the family business has grown into Northwest Ohio’s leading cleaning and restoration business, serving Northwest Ohio and Northeast Indiana.
 
In 2024, Brandon McCann purchased the former Lima, Ohio franchise “ServiceMaster At YOUR Service.” With great excitement, on June 1st, 2024, ServiceMaster by McCann-Lima was born. This ownership provided an additional site location in Lima, Ohio and expanded our territory in Allen County. 
 
ServiceMaster by McCann now employs over 150 team members offering a variety of services including Full Disaster Restoration and Repair Services, as well as a full line of Commercial and Residential project cleaning.
